- Account Number
- Account number that the policy belongs to.
- Claim Policy ID
- Surrogate key; unique identifier for the policy.
- Claim Policy Public ID
- Candidate key; unique identifier for the policy.
- Policy New or Renewal
- Indicates if the policy is new or a renewal.
- Policy Number
- Number, typically a string, that identifies the policy.
- Policy Source Type Code

- Policy Status Type Code
- Status of the policy. For a list of possible values, see the

- Policy Type Type Code

- Agency that sold the policy.
- Underwriting Company Type Code
