Billing
The Billing screen defines line-level and coverage costs as part of
the insurance product. You can call out breakdowns within charges while keeping premiums
and taxes as separate charges. This information appears on the
Pricing screens when a user creates a submission in
PolicyCenter and is provided to the billing system if one is available. APD App uses
different terminology from PolicyCenter.
Note: APD App does not
support management for the basis field. When you import a template or create costs,
the basis is empty. If you have an existing product in APD App with a basis field,
APD App does not guarantee that the term or field that the basis field references is
valid.
