Review summaries

When someone writes a performance review for a service provider in ClaimCenter, a summary of the review is associated with the service provider's linked ABContact (AddressBook contact) in ContactManager. The review summary includes high level information like the service provider's overall score and scores for different categories. You can use the Cloud API to retrieve review summaries for a service provider linked to an ABContact in ContactManager.

Use the following endpoints to retrieve review summaries for a service provider:

  • GET /contact/v1/contacts/{contactId}/review-summaries
  • GET /contact/v1/contacts/{contactId}/review-summaries/{reviewSummaryId}
The following is required to use these endpoints:
  • The service provider must be linked to an ABContact in ContactManager.
  • The user must have the following permissions: revsumviewlist and revsumviewdetail
Note: Only the su user has the revsumviewlist and revsumviewdetail permissions in the base configuration. You must add the permissions for other users to enable them to use the /review-summaries endpoints.

Retrieve a collection of review summaries

The first type of request retrieves a collection of all review summaries associated with the contact. Here is an example response:

Retrieve a specific review summary

The second type of request retrieves a specific review summary by its ID. Typically, you would use the first request to retrieve all the review summaries to get its ID, and then you could use that ID to retrieve the specific review summary.
