Get Enhanced Funds Tracking data for disbursements

Note: This content is only relevant for BillingCenter instances with Enhanced Funds Tracking enabled.
When Enhanced Funds Tracking is enabled, you can specify unapplied funds and unapplied funds slices to be used in a disbursement. However, when querying for disbursements, Cloud API does not return information about the unapplied funds slices. You can retrieve the information about funds slices that were used in disbursements using the following endpoints:
  • GET /billing/v1/disbursements/{disbursementId}/funds-slice-allocations
  • GET /billing/v1/disbursements/{disbursementId}/funds-slice-allocations/{fundsSliceAllocationId}
This gets the unapplied fund slices that are associated with the disbursement. The relevant fields are:
  • isManualAllocation: Boolean indicating whether the slices used in the disbursement were specified manually (either in the user interface or in the API call) or automatically (using BillingCenter default logic).
  • amount: The amount of the slice that was used up in the disbursement.

The following example demonstrates retrieving a single funds slice allocation on a disbursement. There are two funds slices used in this disbursement: one from which $5 is used, and one from which $2.50 is used.
