InsuranceNow documentation updates

Reorganized Update Guide

We reorganized the InsuranceNow Update Guide to reduce repetition and make updates easier to follow.

  • The new Update steps for all releases topic centralizes the common build-out, data, and planet procedures—including clarified guidance for running the Database Schema Upgrade job with an initial audit run—so that they apply across every release and patch.
  • The Qusar Update to 2026.2.0 topic has been streamlined to list only version-specific actions, such as using the 2026.2.0-334 artifacts, optionally running the Upgrade Actions INC-36318 Delete Claim job, and verifying the updated build-out.

Consolidated Service Portal release notes

We consolidated the Consumer Service Portal Release Notes and standardized their titles and short descriptions, so related changes now appear in a single, consistent section. This makes it easier to scan Service Portal updates and improves searchability across the documentation set.
