London Market enhancements
InsuranceSuite package for London Market (IPLM) includes the following updates:
- ClaimCenter Message Management: This feature allows full visibility, auditing and management of failed and pending messages, through IPLM Gateway (IPLMG), from ClaimCenter.
- ClaimCenter message processing enhancements: The enhancements include Generalized Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) file processing service provision and SCM processing that's aligned with the generic EDI component.
- Security enhancements: Security certificates and private keys are now stored as Guidewire Property Service (Helios) secrets.
- Updatability enhancements: The new
ig-london-market-unmanagedmodule separates client-configurable components from immutable binary artifacts. This enables client customization while maintaining core functionality as managed Java Archives (JARs).

InsuranceSuite package for Australia
Key enhancements in this release include the following for the Australia Code of
Practice product line:
- Insurance premium refund process on policy cancellation: This refund process helps insurers refund premiums within 15 days after a policy cancellation. It provides compliance with return deadlines and transparency into the refund status.
- Cancellation process for installment policies due to non-payment: The delinquency workflow process manages the notification process around missed payments for installment-based retail insurance policies and ensures that all required communications are sent at the right time.
- Submitting past-due events to the centralized risk management systems: Insurers can use App Events to stream past-due, time-based obligations to centralized risk management systems improves compliance and reduces complexity.
- Integration of Vulnerability capabilities into PolicyCenter: Vulnerability information has been integrated with contact records and the account summary.

InsuranceSuite package for Japan
Key enhancements in this release include the following:
- Enhanced Cost Type and Cost Category selection in Sekisan (Loss Estimate): Adjusters can now choose specific Cost Types and Categories directly within the Sekisan estimate, enabling more accurate and flexible reserve creation based on the selected parameters.
- Enhanced reserve line management for Sekisan estimate updates: Enhanced operations during the first reserve synchronization ensure accurate financial tracking and synchronization after cost classification adjustments.
- Reorganization of Bodily Injury Sekisan cost item groups: The reorganization of cost item groups and expanded data fields improve accuracy and simplify the calculation of compensation and lost profits.
- New Treatment Cost Summary panel in Bodily Injury Sekisan: This new panel improves usability and reduces navigation between cost item screens.
- Visibility of dynamic fields and recovery date in Bodily Injury Sekisan: The Bodily Injury Sekisan page now dynamically adjusts, based on the selected Victim Status, and includes a read-only Recovery Date field.
