Digital Reference Applications

Supported software changes

  • Digital reference applications now use Jutro 10.11.0.
  • Digital reference applications now support Node 22.
  • InsuranceSuite products now use Java 21 and JDK 21. You must upgrade to Java version 21.
  • You must upgrade Java Enterprise Edition 8 apps to Jakarta Enterprise Edition 9.

Edge API configuration changes

Guidewire has modified the configuration of certain Edge APIs so that particular fields are only returned to users who are authorized to access such data in those fields. These changes include:

  • Restricted access to third-party claim contacts, exposures, service requests, third-party checks, policy-only vehicle, policy-only vehicle incident, tax ID, and vendor claim access in the ClaimCenter API
  • Masking of financial details in the BillingCenter API
  • Additional roles and allowances for policyholders and agents for draft claims in the ClaimCenter API
  • Restricted access to policies and policyholder account contacts in the PolicyCenter API
  • Masking of FEIN-related data in the PolicyCenter API
  • Update to the frontend ClaimsDetails file to fix undefined values
