Listing claims and details in Service Portal

Service Portal lists policyholder claims and displays claim details using the API.

A Consumer Service Portal (Service Portal) can list the claims for a given policyholder.

To list the claims for a policyholder, the portal issues the following call:

GET /customers/systemId/claims
```
To display claim details, the portal issues the following call:
```
GET /claims/systemId/consumerSummary
```
