An agent portal can provide agents an interface to perform the following types of activities:

Submit and manage quotes, applications, and policies: Agents can submit quotes for approval. They can also endorse, cancel, and renew policies.
Create and manage tasks, notes, and attachments: Agents can create and manage tasks, notes, and attachments.
