Generating Cloud API endpoints for policy descendants

A policy descendant entity is a ClaimCenter entity that captures information about a claim's policy and that has a foreign key to the Policy entity, either directly or indirectly. For example, RiskUnit and Coverage are policy descendant entities.

When the REST endpoint generator creates endpoints for policy descendant entities, there are some differences in how the endpoints are generated and the configuration work needs to be done afterwards. This section details these differences.
