Cloud Platform release notes for October 13, 2026

This release provides updates to AWS PrivateLink connectivity to Guidewire Cloud and Access Management pemissions.

Note:

To make sure that you have the latest updates, GWCP components are made available to you as soon as they are ready for release. You might see new content as early as every two weeks, but some releases might take longer to be available.
It might take up to three weeks from the release date for changes to be deployed to your environment. To locate the dates and times of these maintenance events, check the Guidewire Cloud Status page.

What's new

Added cross-region support for AWS PrivateLink connections

You can create inbound and outbound AWS PrivateLink connections when your AWS VPCs and the corresponding Guidewire Cloud VPCs are in different AWS regions.

Updated permissions for Repository Settings

In the Access Management app, new permissions were added for the auto-merge functionality in Repository Settings API. The new permissions might not be automatically assigned to your migrated roles. Add the new permissions to your existing roles or create new roles.
