I received a GPass registration email but it doesn’t have any secrets.
Secrets are sent in a separate email after you complete the Guest registration process.
I lost access to my Okta app that had GPass MFA configured. What can I do?
If you received a secret link from Guidewire, open it and use the self-serve option to request a new registration link. Follow the instructions in the email received to complete the registration to regain access to your secrets.
Can I view a secret more than once?
Secrets in GPass are designed for security and can only be viewed one time. After you successfully view a secret, the secret automatically expires.
Why should I use an Incognito/Private window?
Using an Incognito or Private browser window is strongly recommended to avoid conflicts with existing login sessions or cached data.
How long are the links valid for?
For security, all links sent by GPass expire after 30 days. This includes initial registration links and links to view secrets.
