Coinsurance

PolicyCenter supports the ability to manage coinsurance for products created through Advanced Product Designer.

Specify coinsurance for a policy when you want to share the risk of underwriting the policy with multiple insurers. For more information on the business functionality of coinsurance, see the Application Guide.

PolicyCenter also supports the ability to specify policy sections and to specify layers that define the range of risk in terms of financial limits. You can define a coinsurance agreement at the policy level, section level, and layer level.
