Request help from Jutro

Do you have a bug to report, or need new functionality? You can submit your issue or request using the form below.

Ideas

We always welcome ideas for new features. If you have some, you can submit them using the Aha! Ideas portal.

I want to submit an idea for a new feature. Take me to the portal!

Before you create a bug

  1. Make sure the problem is coming from Jutro
  2. Check if it has already been addressed on our Slack channel #ask-jutro. If not, consider raising it there.
  3. Check if there is an open item already. Feel free to comment, vote on or watch existing issues.
  4. If you are not actually reporting an issue but requesting new functionality, use the Aha! IDEAS portal.

Reported by users

Note: If the request form does not appear, disable ad blockers in your browser.

What happens with your request

  • Requested
  • Accepted or rejected by PM
  • UX Designed
  • Put into the dev backlog
  • Candidate for sprint X
  • Published

If you submitted a new feature request using the Aha! Ideas portal, PMs review your request and, if they accept it, they create Jira stories or even Epics to implement it.

If you report a bug, your request goes straight into Jira. You get a link to the issue, so feel free to watch it.

The issue is ready for review. Jutro PMs triage the issue. Once your issue is accepted, it gets converted into a user story, or perhaps multiple user stories. (Do not worry, we will let you know.)

You can track their progress in Jira.

  • Open - This is a new item that we have not picked up yet. The PMs need to take a look and make sure it is not a duplicate. Also, they consult with our UX designers.
    • If UX REQUIRED is set to true, we need to do some design work.
    • If UX STATUS is set to UX Approved, the functionality is finalized.
  • In progress - We are doing the work.
  • Completed - We have merged the PR and we are testing the functionality.
  • Closed - The story is finalized, but that does not mean the functionality is published. Check the versions page and release notes, or look for it in Storybook.

Jutro Backlog Management

You can see our backlog on the Jutro AHA features board. Review the features and let us know your thoughts and any other requirements you might have

Jutro development operates an Agile workstream and as such this schedule changes regularly. This is a view of our current operating schedule

Jutro operating schedule

If you take a look at the parking lot, you will find the candidates we are considering for our next 90 day schedule.

This has yet to be finalized and will contain more that we can fit into that 90 day cycle.

Again, we are a highly Agile team and the backlog changes regularly. Please review our backlog candidates and let us know your requirements.
