The cancellation process

BillingCenter processes a cancellation as follows:

1. BillingCenter slices the cancellation charges and assigns the invoice items to invoices.
2. BillingCenter allocates the negative charges.
3. By default, BillingCenter collapses all planned invoice items onto a single invoice.
