An activity is an action related to the processing of an account,
policy, or producer that a user must attend to or be aware of. Activities can be assigned
to a group and a user in that group. In this case, this user has the primary responsibility for closing the
activity. Activities can also be shared across members of a group.
Activities are typically created by users or by automatic BillingCenter processes, and they are typically closed by users. But,
activities can be both created and closed by system API calls.

Note: The Common API contains endpoints for retrieving, modifying, and deleting activities.
However, as of this release, there are no endpoints for creating activities. Thus, the activities endpoints in the
Common API have limited value. The Common API has been included in BillingCenter primarily in
anticipation of some future release that may support the ability to create activities for accounts, policies,
